The relevance of studying the concepts of "norm" and "measure" in the context of depressive spectrum disorders is due to the "pandemic" of depression observed in recent years. More and more often, we can observe the phenomenon of overdiagnosis of depressive disorder, probably due to the ambiguity of diagnostic criteria, which are often subjectively assessed by a specialist without taking into account the quantitative indicators of symptom manifestation. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the concepts of "norm" and "measure" in history, philosophy and psychological science. The article provides a review and analysis of literary sources touching on the problem of the emergence and development of depression. The study and application of the concepts of "norm" and "measure" in the context of the problem of depressive spectrum disorders allow us to create a fundamental approach to understanding, diagnosing and treating this type of psychological states and show the way to individualizing the approach to patients with depressive spectrum disorders.

This study is devoted to the study of attitudes to the disease and the level of development of subjectivity in adolescents with diabetes mellitus and neurological diseases. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that adolescence is a key period in the formation of subjectivity. The revealed relationships between the attitude to the disease and the features of subjectivity can become the basis for the formation of individual programs for supporting a somatic patient. The study involved 64 adolescents in whom personality traits, the level of structure outside the situational subjectivity of the personality and types of attitude to the disease were studied.
The results of the study: adolescents with diabetes mellitus are more likely to demonstrate anosognotic, ergopathic, harmonious and sensitive types of attitude to the disease. In adolescents with neurological diseases, ergopathic, sensitive and anxious types of attitude to the disease prevail. In the group of adolescents with diabetes mellitus, the "adaptive maturity" factor was revealed, which combines the following parameters: "self-value-low value" (+0.8620), harmonious type of attitude to the disease (+0.8062) and ergopathic type of attitude to the disease (+0.7259). In the group of adolescents with neurological diseases, the factor "conformity, maladaptability and rigidity" was described, which combines the following parameters: "creativity-standardization" (-0.8305), "mediation-spontaneity" (-0.7580), "self-value-low value" (-0.7150), "activity-reactivity" (-0.7097), and anxious type of attitude to the disease (0.6705). The differences highlighted the need for an individualized approach to supporting adolescents with medical conditions, taking into account their unique needs and characteristics.
