Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of criteria of narcissistic traits in the Rorschach test. The purpose of the study was to determine the criteria of differentiation of narcissistic traits in the Rorschach test in healthy subjects with pronounced narcissistic personality traits and subjects without pronounced narcissistic traits. The main methods of the study were the clinical-psychological interview and psychodiagnostic techniques, namely the Narcissistic Personality Inventory and the Rorschach test. The study found trends in the presence of certain variables of the Rorschach test in people with high levels of narcissistic traits and the absence of these variables in subjects with low levels of narcissism. As a result of the study it was obtained that the criteria for differentiation of narcissistic traits can be such variables as: reflection grandiosity of content, high level of egocentrism idealization, personalization, social interest avoidance of social interaction, lack of empathic ability.
