Psychological assistance in adapting to the peaceful life of the participants CVO

Abstract

Research Objective: Development of an algorithm and methods for psychological support of combat veterans, including disabled and demobilized servicemen, for their successful socialization in peacetime in the context of PTSD.

Materials and Methods: The study includes an analysis of official emergency free assistance services for families of SVO participants, as well as the development of diagnostic and psychotherapeutic methods for working with veterans aged 26 to 45 years.

Results: A comprehensive approach to helping SVO participants and their families has been proposed, including an interaction algorithm and recommendations for the diagnosis and psychotherapy of PTSD.

Conclusions: The developed methods and algorithms will help psychologists and psychotherapists effectively work with SVO veterans, especially those aged 26-45, for their successful adaptation to civilian life.
